Prevention and Treatment of Acute Kidney Injury Induced by Rhabdomyolysis of Different Origin
Abstract
The treatment outcomes of 47 patients with traumatic and non-traumatic rhabdomyolysis were analyzed. All patients were divided into group: in the 1st one there were carried out hemodilution and early plasma alkalinization, in the 2nd one such therapy wasn’t done. In 1st group the treatment outcomes were better, mortality — lower.
