Abstract

Twelve patients underwent minimally invasive coronary artery bypass grafting and hybrid revascularization. Five of them underwent isolated minimally invasive mammary-coronary bypass, 7 patients — hybrid coronary revascularization, including in combination with mini-MCB — in four patients. Different clinical features, justifying the choice of a hybrid strategy, were described. All procedures were found to be effective, bypass angiography during PCI confirmed the good functioning of mammary grafts.
