Results of treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in the First Hours

Abstract

The article analyzes the results of a survey of 100 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were administered citicoline (Neuroxon) already at prehospital stage as initial therapy. The study included patients with disease duration of less than 6 hours. Sufficient efficacy of the earliest introduction of the drug, which made it possible to recommend its use already at prehospital stage, is shown.
