Vectorcardiographic Features of Posterior-Inferior Acute Myocardial Infarction with the Spread to the Right Ventricle

Abstract


The paper shows the potential of vectorcardiographic heart research on cardiodiagnostic polygraph MTM-SCM in patients with acute left ventricle Q wave posterior-inferior myocardial infarction with the spread to the right ventricle. Vector analysis of changes in the electrical activity of the heart revealed the features of its electromotive force in case of this pathology. In the area of necrosis it showed the loops decrease in all projections with a decrease of the maximum vector, the slowing of myocardial conduction and the repolarization disorder, with ST damage vector, directed to the right, up and down with the decrease in T loops area in the third, fourth and fifth projections, their vector and the maximum speed of the pulse over T loops in all projections and the increase of QRS-T loops angular divergence in the first and fourth projections. Outside the necrosis zone it showed the timestamps depression of the initial displacement vector area in the first and fourth projections and final displacement vector area in the fifth projection and the increase in the P loops area in the third projection and angular divergence of QRS-P loops in the first, second, fourth and fifth projections with the opposite changes in speed indicators.
