First Experience of Propofol-Novo in Programs for Anesthetic Management of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and Surgery in Otolaryngology

The article deals with the results of clinical application of domestic hypnotic agent Propofol-Novo in programs of general anesthesia for patients while carryoin out 218 laparoscopic cholecystectomies and 446 surgical procedures in otolaryngology. The high hypnotic activity of this agent, which exceeds the activity of similar generic drugs used for this purpose before, is shown. Course of general anesthesia with the use of Propofol-Novo is characterized by easy changing of anesthetic depth, hemodynamic stability, rapid awakening. Detubation of patients has been carried out after 5 ± 2 minutes after the end of surgery and stopping the infusion of Propofol-Novo. There have been no significant adverse reactions to the introduction of this agent.
