Effectiveness of health care in the prehospital stage depends not only on qualifications of the employee, but on the availability of medications and the speed of their application by «here and now» principle. The introduction of a uniform layout of medical devices in the pockets of specialized working clothes of medical personnel will made it possible to provide medical care to victims more efficiently and effectively. Providing of team members with individual backpack with a typical list of medications for rescue unifies the order and reduces the time for emergency medical aid to victims of mass destruction.
