Abstract

The paper presents the results of the treatment by domestic neuroprotector — antioxidant Nikomex while delivering emergency care to patients with acute cerebrovascular accident at prehospital stage. Early inclusion of Nikomex in the treatment regimen promoted improvement of functional status of patients, reduction of neurologic impairment, mortality decrease in the treatment of patients with acute cerebrovascular accident.
