Abstract

The study analyzes the effectiveness of correction and prevention for hepatocerebral insufficiency in patients with alcohol intoxication of varying severity. According to the literature data there has been substantiated the use of the method in this group of patients. We described and statistically proved effectiveness of correction of hepatic encephalopathy when using the original L-ornithine-L-aspartate (Hepa-Merz, «Merz Pharma GmbH & Co. KGaA»).
