Abstract

The analysis of 585 extended, long and traumatic laparoscopic surgical procedures in gynecology has been carried out. It is proved that the possibility of a balanced anesthesia with low doses of general anesthetics promotes less inhibition of vital functions of the body, provides intraoperative hemodynamic stability and early recovery of mental and motor functions in the postoperative period on the background of the ongoing and controlled neuraxial blockade.
