Abstract

The review of the literature covers the problem of kidney cancer, which remains one the most important in oncology. Long-term monitoring of changes in incidence, staging of cancer, as well as the duration of life of patients give reason to predict morbidity and survival rate in patients with renal kidney cancer. Number of patients with locally advanced process in the kidney in Ukraine is, according to the literature, about 40 %. The dynamics and causes of kidney cancer morbidity are of interest, and since the number of advanced forms remains high, it is urgent to identify ways of prevention and early diagnosis for timely detection and selection of the optimal treatment regimen.
