This article deals with one of the pressing issues in invasive surgery — postoperative analgesia. The data are presented on the effectiveness of planned use of dexketoprofen (Keiver preparation) as an agent that can neutralize periods of inadequate analgesia in trauma patients undergoing hip replacement. It is proved that administration of dexketoprofen in premedication and as a part of multimodal analgesia in the postoperative period in trauma patients can achieve better pain relief compared with analgesia «on demand» with opiates or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, as well as to substantially reduce the need for narcotic analgesics in the postoperative period (from 100 to 29.6 %).
