Abstract

The analytical review deals with the benefits and drawbacks of perioperative hemodynamics correction by means of volume infusion therapy and the use of sympathomimetics. There was compared a successful use of the liberal and restrictive regimens of infusion therapy. Individual variability in the effects of different sympathomimetics is indicated. It is shown that all ways of hemodynamic correction can have serious drawbacks, if the correction is carried out with limited possibilities of hemodynamic monitoring.
